The Balances Report gives you a clear, real-time snapshot of your current token holdings across all connected wallets. Unlike the Balance Sheet, which is derived from accounting entries (debits and credits), this report is built directly from wallet-level blockchain data.
How It Works
The report displays two key columns:
Token: The digital asset (e.g., ETH, USDC, BTC).
Balance: The total quantity of each token held across all connected wallets.
This report is ideal for operational reviews, treasury checks, and quick balance verification — without needing accounting context.
Drilling Into Wallet-Level Details
You can click any token amount in the Balance column to open a panel that shows:
A breakdown of how that token is distributed across wallets
The balance per wallet
A direct link to the block explorer for each wallet, so you can verify the real-time holdings on-chain
Historical Snapshots
You can also apply a date filter to pull a historical token balance snapshot:
Snapshots are available from January 20, 2025 onward
Select any date from that point forward to view wallet-based token balances as of that day
Note: Snapshots prior to January 2025 are not available in this report. To retrieve historical token balances before that date, use Entendre’s Treasury Agent, which supports real-time and historical balance tracking by wallet.
