🎫 How to submit a ticket

If you need assistance or want to report an issue, you can submit a support ticket.

Method 1: Email Support

  1. Send an Email to [email protected]
    Simply send an email describing your issue or question to this address.

  2. Ticket Creation Confirmation
    Your email will automatically create a support ticket in our system. You will receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging your ticket creation.
    ​

  3. Ticket Triage and Assignment
    Our product operations team will review (triage) your ticket to determine its priority and assign a severity level and response time.

  4. Status Updates & Responses
    When a team member updates your ticket or posts a comment, you will receive an email reply linked to your original ticket confirmation.

Method 2: Premium Support (Slack)

Available to Premium Support Customers only

  1. Open the Message Overflow Menu in Slack
    Click on the menu and select Linear Asks to create a new ticket.
    ​

  2. Fill Out the Ticket Form
    Provide detailed information about your issue in the Slack form.
    ​

  3. Receive Updates in Slack Threads
    Responses and follow-ups from our support team will come as threaded replies to keep the conversation organized.
