When a team member updates your ticket or posts a comment, you will receive an email reply linked to your original ticket confirmation.

Method 2: Premium Support (Slack)
Available to Premium Support Customers only
Open the Message Overflow Menu in Slack
Click on the menu and select Linear Asks to create a new ticket.
βFill Out the Ticket Form
Provide detailed information about your issue in the Slack form.
βReceive Updates in Slack Threads
Responses and follow-ups from our support team will come as threaded replies to keep the conversation organized.
